At Digshop.com, we respect and value every customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. Your trust is so important to us, so we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, and we will take care of the return shipping fees.
- If the item(s) you have received is damaged, defective or wrong, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied or you can ask for an exchange for the item(s).
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Digshop.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in a saleable condition.
We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask us to process a return or exchange for you. Once we confirm your return, we will email you the pre-paid return label / Air Waybill to ensure you can return the item freely. You can simply drop the package at a delivery center or contact a courier to request for pickup.
Refund & Credits
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), the refund will be issued into your bank account or credit card. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
For credit card / debit card
We will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
For Cash on Delivery
If you have paid through Cash on Delivery (COD), the money would be refunded to your bank account that you provide to us (we will ask you bank account info via email). Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.
Digshop.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, etc. Digshop.com can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
If you change your mind before receiving your item, please email us at email@example.com and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied.
Digshop.com is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Digshop.com is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
