Q Is it ok to leave the earbuds in the charger even it shows green light or fully charge? answer nowA Yes, that's OK, but we still suggest you not to charge them overtime when it's already fully charged, as this would affect its battery lifespan.
Q It is ok to leave the earbuds overnight while it is charging? Or charger will stop automatically ... answer nowA Hi, when it's fully charged, the two green lights on the charging case will stay on, and it will automatically stop charging.
Q I had a set of true wireless headphones before but it was complex in connection, so I abandoned i... answer nowA I worried about this problem at first, but the moment I got it I was really satisfied with its connection. You just need to take the two earbuds out from the case and they will automatically turn on as well as play dual-ear sound. And you don’t need to press any button to enter the Bluetooth pairing process. Choose “QCY-T2_R” in your device’s Bluetooth menu and then connect. When you put them back into the case, they automatically turn off and start charging. If you want to connect to your device again after they turn off, you just need to take them out and they will again automatically connect to the device.
A Yes. Just take out the left or right earbud and connect to your phone. In fact, I've been doing that while I drive. I want to be able to hear what's going on around me. And with just one earbud in, I can safely answer calls while driving.
Q When I’m listening music using two earbuds and want to put one of them back into the case, leavin... answer nowA It happened to me before. In the office I need to communicate with people anytime so I need to hear what’s going on around me. Just put back the left earbud in the case and it will automatically turn off. The right earbud keeps playing in mono mode. You can’t put the right earbud in the case because both earbuds will disconnect your phone after that.
A Yes, any Bluetooth device works.
A Yes. I have mine paired with Samsung Galaxy S10.
Q These true wireless headphones do bring unbeatable convenience, but I always worry if they have s... answer nowA Different from the early true wireless headphones, these true wireless earbuds feature a Bluetooth 5.0 chip. Thanks to the stronger high-speed transmission efficiency of Bluetooth 5.0, you can enjoy the experience of imperceptible latency lag.
A According to my test, they have about 4 hours of music time when fully charged, which is already enough for my day. Besides, the charging case provides eight extra charges for them, so I really satisfied with their battery life.
A No, it isn’t big and the size is just right. You can hold it with one hand and put it in your pocket easily.
A I often wear them to the gym and they don’t fall out or cause any discomfort. Of course, if you think they’re not stable enough, you can try their other sizes of ear tips.
Q I ‘ve always want a pair of true wireless headphones but it’s a pity that I can’t wear Apple AirP... answer nowA Hey bro, we’re in the same situation. I’ve heard earlier that AirPods are the best true wireless headphones at present but they’re not suitable for my ears. Unexpectedly, QCY T2S securely fit my ears, and I can wear it running without having a problem. It lets me completely get rid of the cables. This is awesome.
Q I'm struggling finding a wireless earbud with a great mic for phone calls. How are these? answer nowA These don't appear to have any specific noise filtering technology on the mic. However, I use them on phone calls often and have not had a problem. The folks on the other end always say my voice is clear.
A For the issue of Bluetooth connection stability, firstly, this headphones utilizes Bluetooth 5.0 which ensures stable connection. Next, we've connected different phones, including iPhone and some Android phones from different brands. We didn't come across this problem. We tested them in our office with lots of Bluetooth devices. The QCY still keeps connection even in 10m away. Last, we've sold out hundreds of QCY, and barely any customers reported this problem. It's not a common problem. So, did the voice dropout issue you met occur frequently or occasionally? If it happens occasionally, it may be affected by the environment that has much signal interference. Best Regards, DIGSHOP SUPPORT
