-
A It can charge 4.8 times for iPhone XS and 4 times for iPhone XS Max.
-
A It can charge 4 times for Samsung GALAXY S10.
-
A Yes. It can charge the Nintendo Switch, and the charging speed could reach 18W max. When Nintendo Switch is connected to a TV via an HDMI cable, it needs 39W input power, so you may need a charger with over 39W to power it.
-
Q What devices are compatible with it? Can I use it to charge my Bluetooth headphones and Kindle? answer nowA Yes. The JDB 20000mAh PD Power Bank is compatible with all the USB charging mobile devices, such as smartphones, Nintendo Switch, Bluetooth headphones, Bluetooth speakers, Kindle, etc.
-
A The USB-C port supports three power levels, including 5V=2A, 9V=2A, 12V=1.5A. We used it to charge an iPhone X, we got the results of 18.2W. It showed it could not only reach the maximum output it supports, but it could also charge the iPhone X at the fastest speed.
-
A Both two USB-A ports support Quick Charge 3.0 fast charge and Apple 2.4A fast charge. We used them to charge the QC 3.0 compatible Anker PowerCore II 20,000 power bank and we got the results of 16.83W and 16.8W. And they can charge the iPad mini 4 at 2.38A and 2.33A. It showed that it could reach the fastest charging speed of QC 3.0, as well as an old Apple device.
-
A Both the USB-C port and Micro-USB port support input. If you use the USB-C port with a 18W PD or QC charger, it takes 5-6 hours to fully recharge it. And if you use the Micro-USB port, it takes less than 10 hours.
-
A Yes, it is, but it will not charge it any faster.
-
A Yes, it can also charge the MacBook Air (2018) , but the maximum output of the PD port is 18W, so it charges the laptop a little bit slow. If you often need to charge your laptop, we recommend that you use a 20,000mAh (or above) PD power bank with the output of at least 30W.
-
A No, it will only supply the maximum output current that is necessary to charge your device.
-
A The more expensive one has “PD”, which is “Power Delivery”. Power Delivery is a very specific feature that applies to computers and smartphones, which have a “USB-C with Power Delivery” port. This is different from a standard “USB-C” port. Only a very few newer.
-
A USB-Power Delivery (USB PD) is one of the mainstream fast charging protocols. It can deliver up to 100 watts of power and can freely change the direction of power delivery. USB PD delivers higher voltages to charge your device faster. Typically, it has five voltage levels, including 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 20V, to deliver the optimum voltage to your device. For USB PD’s charging speed, your device needs to support USB PD fast charging protocol. USB PD compatible devices include iPhone XS / XS Max / XR / X / 8 / 8 Plus, Google pixel 3 / 3 XL, iPad Pro, Nintendo Switch, MacBook 12”, MacBook Air (2018) and MacBook Pro 2016 and later.
-
A It will slightly get hot near the port while charging or recharging, but this is normal, it doesn’t affect much.
-
A Yes. The rated battery power is 74Wh, which is lower than 100Wh specified by Civil Aviation Authority.
-
A Yes, it can be used internationally. Just be sure that your USB wall charger is compatible with the voltage of the country you’re travelling to. The input voltage of an adapter is usually labeled on the adapter itself.
-
A I personally wouldn’t leave any electronics in my car. Any extremely hot or cold temperature can be harmful to electronic devices. Also, the instruction manual says that do not expose to extreme temperatures.
